HOW TO USE:

  1. Connect the drill to the drill.
  2. Use other tools to measure the diameter of the required hole size.
  3. Select the corresponding size of the step drill
  4. Correctly install the step drill on the electric drill, and finally aim at the position of the target hole, which is perpendicular to the workpiece.
  5. Start drilling to the required size.



NOTE: Due to the outer diameter of each step drill is gradually expanded, then the corresponding cutting resistance and linear speed will also be gradually increased. The step drill is completely dependent on the bevel which is 1 mm long. If the feed rate is too high when drilling, it will be easily annealed caused by chamfer wear. Please apply a downward force when drilling, do not press too hard to avoid edge wear.
